Mt. Gox Operator Looks to Sell Bitcoin Trademarks

The holding company of collapsed virtual currency exchange Mt. Gox is looking to sell the trademarked word bitcoin, a company executive said.

インターネット上の仮想通貨として知られるビットコインについて、政府、自民党は１３日までに、交換所を届け出制にするなどして不正を監視するが、取引は利用者の自己責任を原則として、規制のための法改正や新規立法は見送る方向で調整に入った。経済産業省が不正取引防止に向けた基本計画を策定する見通し。「通貨」ではない「価値を持つ電磁的記録（価値記録）」という新しい分類を設けて定義する。
モノやサービスをビットコインで購入する際には消費税を課税するが、通貨との取引に応じて発生する利益は捕捉が難しいことなどから、現時点では課税しない方針。
日本政府的规定
1、不是货币，是商品
2、银行不得参与比特币交易
3、证券公司也不能参与交易
4、用比特币买卖商品时要征收消费税、卖比特币的时候有利润还要交所得税
5、金融衍生品的限制措施也要出台
